The basics
This site, jaxmorefun.com, is run by me, Jackie Moreno, doing business as Here With Jackie. By using this site, joining my email list, buying a digital product, or booking a call with me, you're agreeing to these terms. If anything here doesn't sit right with you, the honest move is to not use the site or buy the products.
This is not medical advice
Everything on this site, in my emails, in my products, and in my calls is education and personal experience. It is not medical advice, and I am not a doctor, midwife, or licensed healthcare provider.
I share what I lived, what I learned, and what helped me. Your pregnancy, your birth, and your health decisions are yours to make, and they deserve real conversations with the care provider you choose. Nothing I create is a substitute for that, and nothing here should be read as me telling you what to do with your body or your baby.
Digital products
When you buy one of my digital products, like the Fear-Release Workbook, you're buying a personal-use copy. That means:
- It's yours to download, print, write in, and use for yourself.
- It's not for resale, redistribution, or sharing. Please don't forward the file, post it, or use it in your own paid or free offerings. I made it by hand and it stays mine under copyright.
- If you know someone who needs it, send her to the site. That's what keeps this work sustainable.
All sales are final
Because my products are digital downloads delivered instantly, all sales are final and I don't offer refunds. Once the file is in your hands, there's no way to return it.
That said, I'm a real person and I stand behind what I make. If your download link doesn't work, you were charged twice, or something else goes sideways with your order, email me and I'll make it right. Technical problems are always on me to fix.
1:1 calls
My free intro calls and paid Birth Support Calls are exactly what they sound like: support, education, and honest conversation from someone who's been there. They are not medical care, therapy, or professional consultation, and booking a call doesn't create a provider-patient relationship of any kind.
My content
Everything I create, including the words on this site, my guides, workbooks, and emails, belongs to me. You're welcome to share links to my pages anywhere. Copying, republishing, or repackaging the content itself isn't okay without my written permission.
The liability part
I put real care into everything I make, and I believe in it. But you use this site, my products, and my content at your own discretion and your own risk. To the fullest extent the law allows, I'm not liable for decisions you make or outcomes that follow from using them. You are the one in charge of your journey. That's kind of the whole point.
Changes
If these terms change, I'll update this page and the date at the top. Keeping things honest and current is the deal.
