Who I am
This site, jaxmorefun.com, is run by me, Jackie Moreno, doing business as Here With Jackie. It's just me here. When you share your information with this site, you're sharing it with one real person, and I treat it that way.
What I collect
- Your name and email address, when you sign up for one of my free guides or my email list.
- Purchase information, when you buy something. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. I never see or store your card number. I do see your name, email, and what you bought, so I can help you if something goes wrong with your order.
- Booking information, when you schedule a call with me through Calendly, like your name, email, and the time you picked.
- Basic technical information that comes with using any website, like browser type and general location, collected by the services that host and run this site.
That's it. No tracking you around the internet, no data brokers, nothing hidden.
How I use it
- To send you the freebie or product you asked for.
- To email you the kind of honest, useful stuff you signed up to get.
- To respond when you reach out or book a call.
- To keep basic business records, like sales and receipts.
What I will never do
I will never sell your information. Ever. I don't rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. Your email address is a piece of trust you gave me, and I take that personally.
Who helps me run things
Like most small businesses, I use a few trusted services to keep everything working. They only get the information they need to do their job:
- MailerLite stores my email list and sends my emails.
- Stripe and PayPal process payments securely.
- Calendly handles call scheduling.
- Netlify and Beacons host my pages and links.
Each of these companies has its own privacy policy and handles your data under their own security standards.
Your choices
Every email I send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're off the list, no hard feelings, no hoops.
If you'd like to know what information I have about you, want it corrected, or want it deleted entirely, just email me and I'll take care of it.
Children
This site is written for adults and isn't directed at children under 13. I don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If I ever change how I handle your information, I'll update this page and the date at the top. I won't quietly change the deal.
